Practice Information

The Level 4 practice is for swimmers who:

• have swam in a meet 

AND

• are comfortable repeatedly swimming full lengths of the pool. 

AND

• are comfortable legally swimming all four of the competitive strokes.

AND

• have several years of swimming experience.

This practice is generally for swimmers age 11 and older, depending on their experience.

This practice will be broken up into three practice groups by ability.

Practices can not go over the maximum capacity at any time, no exceptions. Swimmers will only be allowed to swim in their specific practices.
