Step 1: Complete the Online Parents Meeting, available at the links below.

Step 2: Complete the Pre-Registration Form once the Online Parents Meeting is completed. By completing this form, you are reserving your swimmers spot on the team.  Some things to note:

• Each practice group is limited to 36 swimmers - groups CAN and WILL fill up.

• Once you have completed the Online Parents Meeting and completed the Pre-Registration Form you will receive a confirmation email.

• After we have reviewed and assigned your swimmer to a practice level, we will send you a registration email directing you how to finish the process (pay your fees).

  • If an age group has filled up, you will receive a notification we are unable to accept your swimmer on the team this season.

  • In order to accept your spot in the practice group, you must confirm within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.

  • Payment must be made within 72 hours of accepting your spot on the team.

  • Failure to accept and pay within the given time periods could result in losing your spot in the practice group.

• Early registrations (registering in the wrong group) will be deleted and you will not be notified.

Step 3: If you swam the previous season, log in to your USA Swimming account to review your information. If you did not swim the previous season, create a USA Swimming account and complete the USA Swimming Registration with the link provided in your registration email.

• This must be done at least 48 hours prior to your swimmers first practice.
