Practice Information

The 11 & Over Gold practice level is for swimmers age 11 & over who are comfortable swimming all four competitive strokes and are at the upper end of their age groups ability level.

This practice will be broken up into three practice groups by ability.

Practices can not go over the maximum capacity at any time, no exceptions. Swimmers will only be allowed to swim in their specific practices.

Practice Schedule

• October 11 - March 4

  • Monday, Tuesday

    • 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

  • Wednesday, Thursday

    • 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm
