Practice Information

  • Practices will be divided into four practice levels.

    • Each level will be based on swimmers season age and ability level

    • Season age is determined by our age up date of March 4, 2023

Meet Information

  • Swimmers will have the opportunity to swim in meets during the season.

  • Swimmers will swim in events based on their age group and seeded based on their ability.

  • Age groups will be based on swimmers season age.

USA Swimming Information

We are now a full-fledged USA swimming program, similar to many other programs around the Des Moines area.


USA Swimming has changed several things this season and it has changed the way we have to register.


  1. USA swimming is requiring every family to create a USA swimming account and pay and register for USA swimming through that account.

  2. Because of this, our team prices have adjusted. Our fee used to include your USA swimming fee; this portion has been removed, since you will be paying this directly to USA Swimming going forward.

  3. USA Swimming has adjusted their pricing structure, and increased some prices slightly.

  4. Most of our swimmer have always been USA Swimming Flex members, however USA Swimming adjusted their Flex Membership policy. A Flex membership is now only available for 12 & under swimmers. 13 & over swimmers will need to be Premium or Outreach members.

  5. We encourage any eligible families to apply for Outreach membership.
