Registration Process
Step 1: Complete the Online Parents Meeting, available at the links below.
Step 2: Complete the Pre-Registration Form once you have completed the Online Parents Meeting. By completing this form, you are reserving your swimmers spot on the team. Some things to note:
Each practice group will be limited to 36 swimmers - groups CAN and WILL fill up.
Once you have completed the Online Parents Meeting and completed the Pre-Registration Form you will receive a confirmation email.
After we have reviewed and assigned your swimmer to a practice level, we will send you a registration email directing you how to finish the process (pay your fees).
If an age group has filled up, you will receive a notification we are unable to accept your swimmer on the team this season.
In order to accept your spot in the practice group, you must confirm within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
Payment must be made within 72 hours of accepting your spot on the team.
Failure to accept and pay within the given time periods could result in losing your spot in the practice group.
Early registrations (registering in the wrong group) will be deleted and you will not be notified.
Step 3: Create a USA Swimming account and complete the USA Swimming Registration with the link provided in your registration email.
This must be done prior to your swimmers first practice.
Below is information regarding each type of registration as well as the links to the Online Parents Meeting.
Returning Swimmers
Swimmers who swam during the 2022-23 winter season and/or the 2023 summer season are considered returning swimmers.
New North/Hoover/Saydel Feeder Swimmers
We are a feeder program for North/Saydel High School Swimming as well as Hoover High School Swimming. Preference is given to athletes who attend schools in these districts.
New Swimmers
Any other new swimmer who attends a DMPS or Non-DMPS School.
Registration opens Wednesday, October 11
Registration opens Thursday, October 12
Registration opens Friday, October 13
Registration opens at 12:00 pm (noon) each day.
Early registrations (registering in the wrong group) will be deleted and you will not be notified.
Swimmers who swam in previous seasons but did not participate in either of the last two seasons are considered new swimmers.

NHS/HHS/SHS Feeder Student
2023-24 Winter Season Fee
$170 + Current USA Swimming Membership

2023-24 Yearly Fee
$340 $320 + Current Annual USA Swimming Membership
DMPS Student
2023-24 Winter Season Fee
$180 + Current USA Swimming Membership
OR
2023-24 Yearly Fee
$360 $340 + Current Annual USA Swimming Membership
Non-DMPS Student
2023-24 Winter Season Fee
$190 + Current USA Swimming Membership
OR
2023-24 Yearly Fee
$380 $360 + Current Annual USA Swimming Membership
Seasonal Registration Fee
This fee must be paid with the link sent to you in your Registration email.
This fee covers team shirt, team cap, meet awards, season awards, facility expenses, administrative fees, and coaches pay.
Fees must be paid or scheduled within 72 hours of accepting your spot on the team.
Scholarships are available, to cover up to 50% of these fees.
Yearly Registration Fee
Includes everything listed above for the winter season and the following summer season.
This fee must be paid during the winter season (it can be paid with a payment plan) but it cannot be spread over the year.
Does not work with any alternative registration (i.e. High School swimmers) since these fees are already discounted.
No refunds for unused prepaid seasons. Credit may be given for the following season if a swimmer is injured and unable to participate in a prepaid season.
USA Swimming Fee
This fee must be paid with the link sent to you in your Registration email.
This fee covers your USA Swimming membership, which provides insurance for the team and coaches.
Fees must be paid or scheduled within 72 hours of accepting your spot on the team.
